Purchases may be exchanged within 15 days when accompanied by the original sales receipt and HARDEOR packaging.

Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached, to qualify for exchange.

Exchanges can be arranged via email at customersupport@hardeor.com or by calling +92-314-6376-456 between 10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Sunday.

In the event of a price reduction during sales or promotions, exchanges will be processed at the new marked-down price.

Used or misused items are not eligible for exchange.

Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for claims and exchanges to be processed.
