Return / Exchange

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

  • Purchases may be exchanged within 15 days when accompanied by the original sales receipt and HARDEOR packaging.

  • Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached, to qualify for exchange.

  • Exchanges can be arranged via email at customersupport@hardeor.com or by calling +92-314-6376-456 between 10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Sunday.

  • In the event of a price reduction during sales or promotions, exchanges will be processed at the new marked-down price.

  • Used or misused items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for claims and exchanges to be processed.

  • No exchanges will be accepted during sales or promotional periods.

  • Products purchased on promotion are non-exchangeable.

  • Accessories including jewelry, undergarments, bags, sunglasses, and belts are not eligible for exchange.
